Building was a little outdated, walls were thin and we had to park across the street (although not a huge deal for us personally). The view was outstanding, and it bought some quiet to a bustling travel town. We booked in advance and got a great deal on our stay. I would not pay $300/night for what a room was listed the weeks leading up to our stay if not booking in advance. We were there for a sports tournament only and would stay again when looking at reasonable options where a water park is not needed/wanted.

The rooms are very small, the carpet is gross and there must be no sound proofing. We could hear everything in the room next to us from the minute we checked in. We could hear word for word what they were saying. The restaurant onsite had a very limited menu. The view is beautiful, you can't beat being right on the water - that was our only plus.

We liked how close the hotel was to the downtown. Nice view of the river. Our stay was during early spring so we didn't get to enjoy any of the tickets to Natura or the outdoor part of the bar/restaurant but it seems like a good amenities. My only complaint was the paper thin walls. I could hear every single step, cough, and sneeze the people around us did. We got a room right next to the stairs and could hear anytime someone ran up and down the stairs.

Loved that it was right off the Riverwalk path. Also loved the Boathouse restaurant and Starbucks cafe for our morning coffee fix. Beautiful property!

This place was fine and did the job. We had two rooms for spring break week. We didn’t realize that the restaurant wouldn’t offer breakfast and lunch in the off season. Also the hotel images showed game rooms from their other facilities. Not deal breakers but these amenities were part of why we chose the hotel. The rooms are quite run down but clean. The pool and sauna and hot tub were nice.

The door to our room did not lock. We had to switch rooms . We were woken up at 2 am by the guests in the next room having a party. Staff did go to the room and tell them to quiet down after I called the front desk. The staff were very helpful with switching rooms it was just an inconvenience since we had reservations and were then late since we had to move everything to another room

Okay visit!

The stay was good however staff was not great, not helpful. Room wasn’t the cleanest. Other guests were extremely loud, screaming and yelling. Was charged an $80 fee but was never explained what it was, even after asking.

Awesome accommodations

Always a friendly warm greeting from front desk staff! Love the staff! Bartender gave us great decoy for dinner and dessert! Great food! Within walking distance to everything on the main drag! My go to stay!
