Alles Perfekt, beste Ferienwohnung in Wismar, mit bester Lage und Blick über den gesamten Hafen und Bucht und die Stadt Wismar. War alles sehr entspannt, und ein schönes Städtchen, auch für Unternehmungen in der Nähe.

Tolle Aussicht
Leider gab es bei Ankunft einige Mängel mit der Saubereit. Überall in der Wohnung waren Spinnen an den Decken. Die Terrasse wurde überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Vom Vorgänger war der Aschenbecher noch bis oben hin voll. Der Boden war voller Flecke und klebte. Die Spülmaschine war ebenfalls nicht ausgeräumt. Die Fenster sind von außen schon sehr lange nicht mehr geputzt wurden. Das ist schon traurig in dieser Preisklasse. Im Obergeschoss funktionierte von Anfang an die Heizung nicht. Die ersten Tage war das kein Problem, da es draußen noch sehr warm war. Aber ab Freitag hatten wir im Bad nur noch 16-17 Grad. Bis zur Abreise konnte das Problem nicht behoben werden. Dafür übergab man uns einen Heizlüfter. Schade eigentlich, denn die Aussicht ist einfach super.

Mega Blick in Top Lage
Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Traumblick über Wismar! Parkplätze direkt hinter dem Objekt mit 30 Min. Parkzeit zum Be- und Entladen. Jedoch gibt es hier Rücksichtslose Mitbewohner die das überhaupt nicht zu interessieren scheint und haben hier dauerhaft geparkt. Wir hatten die WE 48 hier könnte man seitens des Eigentümers überlegen, evtl. Verdunklungsvorhänge zu installieren. Dies ist aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt den wir jetzt hätten.
