Vacation on the Baltic Sea - family-friendly apartment near Kühlungsborn:

In our country house, built in 1923, we rent the entire first floor as a very comfortable, fully furnished holiday apartment - ideal for large or family friends. The large garden offers space to relax, grill and play.

The family-friendly apartment with 5 rooms (3 bedrooms, a living (bedroom) and a large kitchen with dining table for up to 12 people and two bathrooms and an additional guest toilet) is equipped in bright colors and has about 145 m² of living space.  The apartment is via an external staircase (see Pictures) separately accessible.

In the spacious garden there is a cozy seat, grill, sandpit, slide, etc. Lockable space for bicycles, prams etc. is available on the ground floor. Washing machine (for a fee) available. 

In addition to the 18-hole championship golf course Wittenbeck directly adjacent to our property, there are excellent conditions to enjoy nature. Whether on foot, by bike, on horseback from one of the numerous equestrian centers or while fishing, sailing and water sports. The "Kletterwald Kühlungsborn" offers pure fun and adrenaline, only 3 km away!

Nestled between the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea and the rustling forests of the nature reserve "Cooling", Wittenbeck with its nearby beach presents itself as a relaxing, rural holiday resort between Kühlungsborn and Heiligendamm.

Children's extras:
Infant and baby equipment (potty, 2 bathroom step stools, 2 children's high chairs, 2 children's armchairs in the living room, changing mat, bathroom children's stool, 1 changing mat, children's dishes, socket protector) as well as toys for inside and outside in the fenced, wonderfully large play garden with sandpit, The host family with small children makes the climbing tower with slide and swing available to guests.

Our two dachshunds "Emil" and "Daisy" and tomcat "Oskar" look forward to well-behaved, peace-loving dog visits (max. 1 dog).

Good to know: Since many of our guests like to bring their bed linen and towels themselves, they are not automatically included in the rental price. On request and for a fee, of course, a linen package (bed linen and towels) can be rented for € 10.00 per set. Just talk to us about it.

We do not rent to school or youth groups without legal guardians, nor to groups for stag or hen parties or to other party parties.
"Assisted living" groups are very welcome. Please note that the apartment is accessible via an external spiral staircase and is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
