The property is nice and in a decent location if you have a vehicle but weigh out the lower cost (compared to all other expensive options) against the occasions of more than average noise (due to being a pub venue) and some cigarette smoke/smell drifting into the bathrooms and even the rooms sometimes. I guess in todays times $100 per night represents decent value (as our dollar buys less and less every day). If your booking merely as a place to sleep then i guess its ok but if you're spending time in a room then perhaps this isn't the best place for you.

Clean room and the shared bathroom is cleaned as well. Comes with big TV, a fridge and a few drinks and tea bags so really can't complain. Very nice stay, will come again next time

The room was in a quiet area, didn’t hear the shenanigans of the people in the hotel at all which was great. The bathroom was updated and clean. Unfortunately for us, the room had a strong smell of bleach which meant the fan had to be on 24/7 and the dust would stir as a result. The bed was a hard spring mattress which made it a little uncomfortable but otherwise the food was great and the hotel section was quiet and relaxing, even on a Saturday night.
