The room was very warm when I entered. Four cockroaches walked on the table at different times. Air conditioning unit was being set at 25c although I have adjusted it to a lower temperature and it is nosy. The remote control does not work all the time. I need to use the cloth hanger to turn off the main switch. It was very loud noise outside with a special function at the pub therefore I would not open the window.

This hotel is clean, well located and has nice rooms. However the room air-conditioning was so loud it was awful to sleep with. It is such a shame because the beds were comfortable and everything else was what we were after, but there is no way I would be able to stay another night with the noise. There is no quiet mode and it is too hot in a room for 4 to turn it off. They really need to fix this.

A 2 start "motel" would have better rooms. Cracked shower head, cracked sink, no closet what so ever, 2 hangers on a wall, no garbage bin, no spoons to stir a coffee, not even a water bottle in the room. I should pay $120 not $320. And of course, parking is an additional $25 per day

Staff are great, room is small but clean and comfortable. However, the so-called "high speed WiFi" is just not up to spec. This is my second stay at this hotel, but I'm inclined to pay just a little extra to stay elsewhere - where the WiFi works properly, so I don't need to hotspot from my phone.
