The room was good - clean, well presented but quite modest in size. Suitable for our overnight stay, but lacked any wardrobe or cupboard space that you would want for a longer stay. We had to evacuate at 11:00pm due to a fire alarm, something that would not have concerned us except that we we told by other guests that there had been an evacuation two nights earlier - at 2:30 am. However, I would still recommend Hotel Totto because the positives thoroughly outweighed the minor negatives and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Air conditioners in the rooms are EXTREMELY noisy. You need them on (we stayed in December in mid 30s temps) otherwise the room quickly becomes unbearable. Staff are lovely, restaurant is fine, but the rooms are very basic. Rooms also not very sound proof, so expect to hear quite a bit of street noise.

Very poor value for money. Incredibly small room, should be illigal. Staff seemed to be new to the job, always asked somebody else, who was never sure either. Buffet breakfast was left unattended, so had to ask for re-supply, but only staff member was also doing reception and making coffee. More staff is required, especially as no bar or food available sunday and monday

The garage says 2.1m clearance, however the top of our vehicle hit a sewerage pipe at the back of our park, leaving a scratch on our vehicle. Also, the air conditioner in our room was terrible, it turned on and off every 5 minutes and was extremely loud.

Location is great. Only reason to give above 2 stars Nite time is noisy as people watch game and screaming . This hotel is like uni accomodation and overpriced. Only one staff in reception and No room service. Even though paid for breakfast , coffee not included. I paid $5 for a small flat white and realised I was the only one have to collect my coffee in take away cup. But the other western guests are all served by bringing cups over. Feel not comfortable.

Hated our stay here. The room and bathroom are claustrophobically small. The price simply didn’t reflect what was offered. The bed got made on the outside but the sheet under the cover was all twisted - it was like someone tried short sheeting the bed. The comforter was stained under the sheets. If this hotel was half the price I wouldn’t mention any of this but it was laughably over priced.

Parking is great free in public car park. Staff are not helpful. No explanation on what we need to do to get our $25 food and beverages free. We booked 2 rooms and ordered using one room and they wouldn't count the other room free money. Very disappointed with the beds and pillows they are so terrible. Will never stay here again. Theres no toilet brush too.
