Room smelt damp. When we arrived there as a large wet patch outside the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom did not seem to work. The button to flush the toilet was broken as was the light above one of the beds. Despite staff looking at the tv, we were not able to purchase any movies. Carpet in common areas needs to be dry cleaned or updated as it was quite dirty and stained. Pool is too small for such a large hotel. Pool area, north bar and reception need more staff on in busy periods to tidy or serve.

We were very happy with the look of the room when we first entered however down the track we realise that the shower was difficult to get to rite (regarding the temperature & flow) and made a terrible noise the whole time we used it; further to that we found the bed extremely uncomfortable. We are literally sank into the bed and it felt like a water bed ..way too soft to be comfortable. When we asked for a small extension to the leaving time we were refused. So all in all; our experience was not exceptional but I would write it as average.

Staff really friendly, beds are very very soft, some things could do with repairs eg the cupboard the fridge was in was water damaged so didnt shut properly. But would stay again.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. The room had an old TV with only free-to-air channels available, and the air conditioning was quite weak, which made the room uncomfortable at times. The side view from my room was mostly blocked by a roof, so the sea view was only partially visible. I was also disappointed that the internet and parking were not free, considering the price of the stay. Additionally, there were no basic amenities such as dental kits in the bathroom. Another drawback was the noise from the pub downstairs, which made it difficult to sleep at night. The corridor carpet was also very worn and gave the hotel a dated feel. Overall, the hotel has potential, but several improvements are needed to make the stay more pleasant and comfortable.
