Great communication and flexibility! We brought two mountain bikes for trail riding and asked about securing them during our stay. Host allowed us to have them in the gated backyard that locks and we could also lock them to a iron railing. Clean room with kitchen and multiple coffee options, including K-cups. At one point, late in the day, it was a little warm and we asked for some additional A/C to which he responded right away and made some adjustments. Definitely would recommend and would stay again if in the area!

I always leave excellent reviews even if there are a few problems. It would have to be a horrible experience for me to leave anegative review. Well this was that experience. The listing says queen bed and twin sofa bed and that it sleeps 2 to 4 people, but there is no twin sofa bed, not even a sofa. Its a cheap loveseat. When we arrived there was a note informing us that sink was clogged and the water wasnt running properly. Aftet the first night, the host complained about us smoking OUTSIDE and said it was against her rules, although smoking oitside is never mentioned in her rules. The next day, she turned the heat all the way diwn and we were freezing cold the rest of the time there. There were Keurig coffee cups but no Keurig, and the bathroom celling started leaking from the vent on the 3rd day. The TV didnt work for about half a day for some reason. There are other small things, but you get the point. I will be staying in hotels from now on.
