OK accommodation. Didn’t appreciate the litigious attitude of staff: being told ‘it states clearly on your terms and conditions that rooms are not available until after 3’ and ‘no, the restaurant isn’t serving food’ (at 9.35, we’d just got in after a long day, and subsequently found the small print announcing that it ceased at 9.30) doesn’t make it a great experience.

Rooms were incredibly hot, both bathroom and bedroom are tired and need modernising. Carpets aren’t clean and the pillows need to be upgraded. Considering the cost of the room, you would expect a lot more. Staff are very friendly though and more than willing to help.

Went to a wedding at a different venue , we got to Ufford at 11pm very tired the evening staff were fast and friendly and took us to our rooms excellent service. Breakfast the next morning was fresh and hot .

We had a very pleasant stay in your hotel! Nice, spacious room and a beautiful golf accommodation: great! There was 1 minus point namely that there was no air conditioning so our night's sleep was not optimal due to the heat.
