Boat landing is just a few houses down the shoreline. Large lot with nice yard and mature trees. Firepit, grill, oversized picnic table, plenty of outdoor furniture sets, fishing boat, kayaks, 18' floating water mat, slip 'n slide, yard games, etc. Two patios overlooking the lake. 7 parking spots.
