Very nice, clean and staff was polite. Breakfast was typical but very tasty. Area for dinning was clean. Bathroom in our room had rust in the tub and didn't look all that clean. It could use some updating. Bed was extremely comfortable.

When we arrived on Saturday evening the woman working the desk was unpleasant. That was our only poor encounter. She was rude, couldn’t answer simple yes/no questions about check out and updating my email address, and couldn’t wait to get back to her cell phone- yikes! The rest of the employees were wonderful. Our bed was so comfortable, our room was quaint, clean, and it was great being back in my hometown! Parking was easy and you’re nearby restaurants (definitely check out Taco Mac, just as good as I remember it), and not too far from downtown which is why we came down- to enjoy the national championship game. Go Buckeyes!!

Sad hotel in need of renovation

This hotel is very much in need of renovation. Bad plumbing (leaking sink in our first room, and a terrible drain odor in the second). Several electrical outlets also were non-functional, as well. Although the beds were okay, the rest of the furniture was very tired.Staff was friendly. Obviously not their fault. But this place needs a total reno.
