Passive solar designed home upgraded over the years providing a sanctuary on the Roaring Fork River conveniently located 10 minutes from Aspen, Snowmass Village and Basalt. Vaulted ceilings, an abundance of glass and a wood burning fireplace in the spacious living room provide a warm, natural light environment. Wonderful entertaining home that can accommodate a large family retreat on the river. The park like setting in Little Texas community offers an enjoyable place to walk and easy access for some great year round fly fishing. Views, sunshine and river frontage are a rare find in the world but this end of the road property has it all.
