Left a mystery charge on my card. They were very rude when I tried to check in as well as tried to find out what this mystery charge was after. I was interrupted every time I tried to speak and clarify what the charge was. I was also not notified of the mystery charge upon check in. Additionally, the printer only had 10 pieces of paper in it and it was already printed on on one side. The rooms and hallways were not clean. The elevator didn’t have an up to date inspection code up and had a sticky floor.

The hotel bathroom fan was full of dust and the shower was leaking. The rug had an odor as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while. However, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
