I chose Worcester Whitehouse because it is close to Worcester railway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. I chose not to have breakfast there as it seemed geared to package tours. The room was comfortable but the furnishings were tired and could use a refresh. The shower didn’t work (Couldn’t turn it on.) but I was able to use the hand-held attachment to the bath tap.

Great Hotel, Great Staff, Amazing Breakfast.

The Hotel is situated in the Centre of Worcester, with generous car parking facilities. On arrival, the check-in was easy and rapid, the receptionist was so helpful and friendly. The room was on the third floor and was spacious, clean and the en-suite was clean and with no issues. The Breakfast was quite simply the best hotel breakfast we have ever eaten! Overall the staff were so helpful and friendly, and we will certainly be staying there again in the future. 10/10.

The hotel was nice. Parking at the rear. I am disabled and i entered the hotel via the side entrance, up a slope. The reception was tidy and staff friendly. The room was on the 2nd floor. A little difficult to get to as there wasn't a very wide corridor for turning through doorways. The room was small, twin beds when i asked for double. Clean room and bathroom. Creaky floorboards throughout. Room could do with modernisation. TV had plenty of chanels. Coffee and tea facilities in the room. The floorboards in the rooms upstairs were a bit noisy, which kept me awake til late but my husband slept through it. Beds were comfy. The bathroom was quite big. Clean but not modern. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. Buffet with hot and cold options. The coffee wasn't the best. Check out was very easy.

Lovely room at a really decent price

I travelled for work and stayed in a double room. Great to have pool facilities for a morning swim. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a great size and the bed very comfortable. The only downside was the floors (/ceilings) are quite creaky given the age of the building, but it more than made up for this in comfort and style. Breakfast was pretty decent. Not a great range of options for a light meal in the evening, though.

the breakfast was good, but ...

the breakfast was good. But the rest of the hotel needs maintenance. It is an older building, but there were many areas of the property that showed signs of decay. I could give extra details, but I won't here. My main bug bear was that the hotel had zero wifi access for 2 days - which then leads to other problems when mobile networks have blackspots in the building.
