Clean lovely rooms and a wonderful breakfast. Great location if arriving by train or even if not you can spend a day in Brighton and still be only 20-minutes from your room (off-peak was around £6 return), plus worth saying Worthing is worth the visit. However, most of all wonderfully welcoming and friendly staff.

We had a lovely three night stay. The bedroom was immaculate. We had dinner and breakfast on one of the days. Both meals were excellent. And most of all, every staff member we met, especially the two I think were managers, were so warm, friendly and welcoming. We really loved our stay here

The hotel is great value. The family room was comfortable and fit 4 of us nicely. The room was clean and it was easy to come in and out after hours. The shower was nice but the temperature was either too hot or too cold and looked like the tap needed fixing. Overall a great place to stay.
