Check in was amazing! Got in very late, was very tired and had a lot to haul inside. Hotel doesn’t have an elevator. The man that checked us in upgraded our room to a room on the first floor without any hesitation. Very quiet, we slept great.

I really liked the place, but the housekeeping staff cannot knock on the door multiple times during the morning. I lost an hour and a half of sleep ahead of a 9 hour drive.

No elevator. Gentlemen checking us in was excellent. Our tv didn’t work & he came up & quickly realized something had been unplugged by previous guest to play games. He fixed it quickly.
