So when I arrived at the hotel I was told that they didn’t get my confirmation. Expedia was suppose to send me an email of a cancellation of my booking according to the staff members of this hotel due to another company booking the entire hotel for there festival that I was apart of. I booked the hotel in February for May. They told me I should have received the email in March. Never received it however I got this email to highlight how was my stay. The staff members did what they could especially since I’ve traveled over 16hrs from flying out of LAX and getting to Wrexham. I was asked to leave the hotel the following day and had to find another hotel to stay at. So it was terrible from that aspect because I had to find somewhere else to stay last minute because of miscommunication between the hotel and Expedia.
