Not five star but ok for a small city

The service is not to five star standards, the pool is not very clean. New and clean hotel otherwise, out of town from Yi Xin, not walking distance to anything.

Great hotel

I believe it's one of the top notch hotel Yixing and I would say it deserves a 5 star rating for its quality, comfort, service and cleanliness. Beds and pillows could be a little too soft. I woke up with a slight backache in the mornings. If you are checking in after 7pm, you can see that the whole town is pretty dark with insufficient building lights. The hotel was very dark from outside and you almost could not see the name of the hotel at all.

価格の割に豪華❗

価格の割に豪華でした。腹痛だったので、「薬はありますか？」と問い合わせたのですが、「準備していない」とのことでした。普通、ホテルに薬は常備しているはずだが、残念でした。代わりにホットハニーを持ってきてくれました。

管理混乱

这家酒店的条件设施比较适合商务会议，如果是家里人度假的话则非常不推荐，酒店内部管理让人觉得非常混乱。我们预定的是行政楼层，结果一楼大厅帮我们办理入住了，感觉服务人员是刚入职，好多问题回答不上来；房内的手册说明房内软饮是免费的，也特地电话咨询客房服务，结果离店时居然突然告知美颂和依云都要收费。前台有一位盘发的女服务员从我们入住到离店态度都非常不好，问问题不回答，在她没有为别的客人服务的时候看到我们排队也没有主动询问。行程酒廊的服务人员态度很Nice，但是缺乏培训。吃早餐的时候经常看到酒店的总经理，可惜早餐种类依然非常单调，用餐人多了明显服务员就忙不过来了，喝鲜榨果汁还要客人自己去取干净杯子。日后选择该区域会去艾美的可能性更大。这次预订唯一值得表扬的是HRS的客服服务态度非常好！

新しいエリア、眺望は最高です。

まだ新しいホテルなのでスタッフが不慣れな点はしようがない気もします。総合的には非常に満足と言えますが、一つ気になった事はレストランでのドイツ人？スタッフ（黒服）がニヤニヤとふざけながら仕事をこなしていた事です。これだけは不愉快でした。
