"The Nook" sits above the Great Ocean Road on Wye Point with panoramic views across the iconic coastline and natural bushland. A relaxed coastal hideaway perfectly positioned and located a short stroll to swimming/surf beach, pub and general store/café.

All bedrooms and the main living area have uninterrupted panoramic coastal views. A terraced garden leads to the front door of this coastal hideaway. The lower-level offers a spacious, newly renovated (2023), open plan living/dining/kitchen with uninterrupted panoramic coastal views and opens to the private front and rear decks for all year-round enjoyment. The main bedroom with new ensuite, renovated main bathroom and European laundry round out this level. The upper level consists of two further newly refurbished bedrooms also with uninterrupted views.

There is an outdoor fire pit to enjoy during the cooler season and the driveway accommodates two cars. Watch out for whales and dolphins as you kick back, relax and be mesmerised by the breathtaking ocean and rugged coastal views.

Short 8 minute walk to the pub/cafe/beach. Wye river is hilly, just take your time and enjoy the view.
