The property is very new so it's clean and nice..The breakfast was good as well. We had a good night's rest , nothing to complain.

Easy parking and multiple entrances to the building. All entrances were secure; requiring key card access. The hotel is an older property, but has been refurbished. Fresh paint, flooring and fixtures. The breakfast was less than I had expected. While the bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt were quality...I like hot eggs, meat, and biscuits with gravy.

Really poor build. Quality of the e facility is incredibly poor. Amenities such as the gym are flat out dangerous. Treadmill stops when your foot touches the belt when running every step. Bench has such a large gap in the center, it is not safe to lay on to do workout. It feels like a failed retirement home that got a coat of paint and some garage sale equipment.

It was a great hotel! The bed, the bedding, and and pillows were amazing and soft and felt so good after driving! I appreciated that the colors were bright and uplifting! I will stay there again or at least another Spark!
