Great place, communication could be improved

The place was indeed very nice and looked like advertised. The communication with the host was not perfect, they had sent us the information ahead of time but when we communicated with them to ask again for the combination of the lockbox with the key, they were not very friendly, but in the end gave us the needed information. There was no welcoming bottle of water or anything else in the fridge, no washing powder, or anything that would have felt that on is welcomed, so I cannot really blame them, but other places we travel to much more go out of their way to make you feel welcome. So in the end it felt a bit transactional, money for the place to stay without any personal touch to it.
