Everything was okay, except the rooms didnot have a refrigerator or coffee pot or microwave and i didn't pay attention to this things untill I got there .

Great location, parking lot in hotel, quiet and safe. The only thing that ruined our stay were the huge cockroaches in the room. Every day we were killing at least 4. Beware!!

Mi estadia en Xalapa

Me llamó la atención que los empleados eran poco amables. Solo como ejemplo: pregunté donde se podia cambiar dolares a pesos y no sabian. Sin embargo cambie en Elektra a 50 m del hotel. Pregunté donde habia una lavanderia y me indicaron que no sabian. Me parece que esas cosas basicas el hotel deberia tener para informar a los visitantes.
