部屋のメンテナンス状態が悪いです

入室すると、小さなゴミが...部屋を替えて頂きましたが、やはり同じ状態 おまけに、電球切れ・照明破損・時計の電池切れと、問題が多すぎです。 部屋は豪華で良いと思いますが、もう少し部屋の状態に気を使った方が 良いのではないでしょうか。

床很舒服.很棒的服務

飯店整體來說還不錯!只是位置離市中心有點偏遠!櫃檯及禮賓部服務態度都很熱情!房間及浴室都很大還有獨立的衣帽間.房間裡的設備也很好很新還有桌上型電腦!但是房務人員需要在加強訓練!!!因為我一進房間時就覺得好多地方都有灰塵而且很明顯!!!床上的羽絨枕有一股很重的潮濕臭味讓我聞到很難入睡而且4顆枕頭都一樣臭我還要把香水噴在枕頭上才比較沒有味道!!!而且每天早上房務人員就很盡職的來敲門一下子問有無衣服要送洗一下子又來敲門說要打掃房間還問我什麼時候會出門可以讓他們打掃房間讓我無法好好睡覺睡到自然醒!!!還有我住的那間2017號房的馬桶一沖完水後那個馬桶的污水竟然會從馬桶及地板的接縫處漏出水來有點嘔心!!!以上這些小缺點希望能改善!!!整體來說這還是一家不錯的酒店下次有去廈門我還是會願意選擇這家酒店入住!!!
