Lanka Cabin 2 is located in the county of Nantou, on the east coast of Taiwan, known for its stunning national parks such as the impressive gorges at Taroko National Park, the rich biodiversity of Yushan National Park, and the rustic charms of the East Rift Valley National Scenic Area.
The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a flush toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water by using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

At Lanka Cabin, immerse yourself in nature's outdoor activities. If you love the water, take advantage of water sports in Hualien's streams. For a more relaxed experience, tour the scenic Shuanglong Waterfall Park. You can enjoy a show at the Maluan Art Center and explore nearby attractions to sample Hualien's cuisine, including Dong's Meatballs and Mutton King. After a day of fun, unwind in a cozy hut, make toasted marshmallow sandwiches, share stories by the campfire, and stargaze.
If you’ve explored Nantou County, a brief 20-minute drive will take you to Taroko National Park in Hualien. The park offers majestic canyons, numerous hiking trails, and scenic spots such as Taroko National Park, Zhuilu Ancient Trail, and Buluo Bay. Explore Baiyang Trail, Shuilian Cave, Yanzikou, Jiuqu Cave, Changchun Temple, Tianxiang, and nine other scenic trails.
Drive about 15 minutes further east to Qixingtan Beach for sunset views and breezy walks. Also, don't miss the Qingshui Cliffs, Taiwan's highest coastal cliffs, where you can view the ocean in three different hues. Nearby, Liyu Lake is a tranquil and beautiful lake surrounded by green hills.
Near the city center, visit Pacific Park for stunning ocean views and deep relaxation. Cap off your day at the Dongdamen Night Market, where you can indulge in local snacks and flavors.
