100% independent 360° property. Just 1 and a half hour away from Athens International Airport, and only one minute walk from the beach, this beautiful independent house looks out on a tranquil natural setting.
The area offers many bicycling opportunities on country roads. You can wander in fields, walk or jog by the seashore and of course swim, sail or row.
The space
What makes our place unique is the absolute respect for your privacy.
The house is fully furnished and equipped. There is also a SMART TV (internet, YouTube). Indoors the traditional fireplace adds to the cozy atmosphere while outdoors there are two terraces: one towards the lemon tree orchard and the BBQ, and the other with an idyllic view of the sea, where you can eat breakfast after watching the sunrise, or eat dinner while the sun sets. As a highlight, you may relax into the heated spa with the view of the mountains at Delphi.

Downstairs (ex-garage space): 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchenette, small terrace.
