未就学児2人と大人1人で泊まりました。部屋も広々していてとても清潔感もあり快適に過ごせました。子供が大騒ぎしても外に声がほとんど漏れないくらい防音をしっかりされていて子連れには助かりました。朝食にお弁当がついていて、フロントの横にある冷凍庫から何種類あるならから好きな物を選んで食べれます。(大人分だけ) コーヒーや紅茶も置いてあるので好きな時に飲めて最高でした！また利用したいです！ありがとうございました！

スタッフ対応も清潔感もとても良いです。またお世話になります。細かい所の改善希望。綺麗にしているからこそタッチパネル式ロックに触った跡が残り番号バレるから悩ましい。ベタベタ他の番号触るか、拭き取る手間が発生するので跡付かないタッチペン設置検討頂きたい。機械式オートロックでドアオープン後数秒でロックが出てくる。ドアロック部が閉める際当たり鍵ノブを回す開錠作業が発生。オートロック時間設定延長見直し希望。

よかったです。

夜、矢吹インターからR9 Hostel向かったのですが、看板に気付かず通り過ぎてしまいました。他の施設を利用していたので、チェックインもスムーズにできました。なんとなく、下水のクサイ匂いがユニットバスからしていました。その他は、部屋の中に入ってしまえば、普通のビジホと変わりありません。静かで良いところでした。フロントの対応もとても良かったです。
