The apartment has been decorated beautifully, but the real selling point of this apartment is the view! You literally can not get much closer to the sea without getting wet. The apartment is in the heart of Playa Blanca, overlooking the original town beach.
Apartment Vista Maritima is a studio with a king size bed and air conditioning. There is a separate shower room.
Being an open plan style means the view is available whether you're lying in bed or sat on the sofa watching the world go by. The kitchen is practical and well equipped with a washing machine available.
The apartment also benefits from a terrace area for private sun bathing or watching the stars whilst enjoying an Al Fresco dinner.
The location is the perfect for beach lovers or for couples that wish to be in the heart of Playa Blanca. There is no need for a car as all the main restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance.

Great spot in the centre of Playa Blanca.
This is a lovely little flat. Clean and comfortable. It is small, so only suitable for a couple. Only one room and a bathroom. It is up three flights of stairs, fine for us, but needs to be pointed out. It would be a struggle with small children or the less mobile, but you have a fine view of the beach and promenade without any feeling of being among the crowds.. We parked in the main car park as any closer is difficult.
Three supermarkets just across the street so no problems with supplies.

Alloggio piccolo ma accogliente, dispone di tutto il necessario. Vista panoramica dal terrazzo spettacolare ( forse la più bella data la posizione centralissima). Volendo si può decisamente dimenticare l'uso della macchina perché nei dintorni c'è ogni tipo di servizio utile. La comunicazione con gli addetti per eventuali problemi è stata eccellente.
