Beautiful new villa-Hot Tub - Pool Heated-SKY-WIFI-AirCon-Near Faro Park

Beautifully furnished Villa set in a small, quiet development just short walk from small sandy coves. This lovely property has been furnished to the high standard with beautiful modern furniture and art work.

The master bedroom & the 2nd bedroom is upstairs with its own balcony with views to the ocean.

Downstairs you will find the further 3rd. bedroom, and further family bathroom. Each bedroom has a fully fitted wardrobe.

The chic lounge has a large flat screen with 50 "flat screen TV and surround sound system and bluetooh speaker.

Uk TV (BBC ITV, movies, box sets, all available)

 Patio doors lead to the electrically heated pool and terrace for sun bathing.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with oven / hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. The washing machine can be found in the utility room.

From the living room as well as from garden there is access to a lovely alfresco dining area for 8 persons.

Outside you will find the alfresco dining area with seating for 8 people plus ¨drinks corner¨ with a long comfy couch and large canarian BBQ ideal for relaxing with a cool drink while the chef of the house is manning the BBQ.

The pool is electrically heated and for your private use with Roman steps to gain access. Further more there is also a baby pool for the toddlers to splash around in, with soft and beatifull waterfall feature and can be turn on & off as you wish.

Also just a 5-10 minute stroll away is a local row of shops with some bars / restaurants, 2 provision stores and a coffee / cake shop, so there are amenities close to hand should you need them.

Linen, bath / hand / tea and beach / pool towels are all provided and also an hairdryer is supplied for your convenience.

Pool size: is L shape and approximately 8m x 4m, ranging from 0.80m to 1.70m in depth with Roman steps to enter.

This villa comes with WiFi included at no extra cost.

Really lovely villa
Very clean and well organised villa. Location was quiet and close to local amenities and a 10 minute walk to the sea. Pool heating was a perfect temperature in March. Would definitely stay again.

Nice villa pool was great and heated, table tennis was a nice additive, Lovely area with shops near by and beach only a short drive away. The only disappointment was no welcome pack and not much instructions for air conditioning and other things. Harold was very helpful when needed.

We had a wonderful time here. The villa had everything that we needed. We had a hire car during our stay and enjoyed exploring the island. We ate at 2 of the restaurants opposite Faro Park and enjoyed both of these. The table tennis table was a great addition and the pool was fantastic.
