"Puerto Chico I/J" was completely refurbished in 2019 and is located on a corner plot close to the pool accessed through lovely double-opening wooden doors into its own private courtyard. Make use of the well-equipped open plan kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (5G fibre-optic connection, providing excellent coverage and reliability. Suitable for video conferencing and work-related activity) and a utility area in the courtyard with washing facilities.
Enjoy the use of the heated shared pool on the grounds. The private terrace is both covered and uncovered and comes with furniture for you to spend evenings here cooking meals on the BBQ. The terrace also has sun loungers for sunbathing. The double terrace with sea views is accessed through the living area as well as both of the double bedrooms.
"Puerto Chico I & J" is located just metres away from Playa Blanca (400 m) so you can wake up and head straight to the beach. The nearest supermarket is a 4-minute walk (300 m) and the closest bars, cafes and restaurants are all within a 1-4-minute walk from the apartment (90 -300 m).
