Constant drilling noise

Building site just down the road. Noisy drilling from 8 in the morning and lasts all day. Will go on for weeks. We left early it was that bad. Villa was cold and has no central heating. Tried to use 2 plug in radiators but melted electrics. Owner said better to just use one. For the whole villa ?? Too cold to stop in at night. Definitely would not have booked if we had known about the noise and cold. Told the owner he should really tell people about situation before they come.

Great holiday

Stayed in Villa Marina for 2 weeks with family and friends. Excellent communication with owner, spotlessly clean, very spacious for 3 couples and 3 children, nice big pool and outdoor space with a BBQ (not featured in villa details). Great location 5 minute walk to Marina, Shops and Restaurants although a steep hill. Limited food choice in the only supermarket in Puerto Calero so you will need to travel into Puerto del Carman for more variety although it appears a larger supermarket is being built very close by in the future. We had a great holiday and would definitely return,

Quel gâchis

Très jolie villa, très bien située. 5 chambres dont une prévue avec 2 lits pour enfants, douches en kit qui manquent de propreté. Manque de verres ainsi que de récipients. Mais, le plus gênant sont les visites intrusives du gérant immobilier. Et je n’en dirais pas plus! Restez absolument silencieux, n’invitez personne, recouvrez la piscine en journée quand vous ne vous baignez pas. C’est certain, vous aurez juste le droit de respirer! Bref, vous louez un bien dans lequel vous ne vous sentirez pas chez vous! Quel gâchis ! Nous avons 50 ans de moyenne, éduqués et respectueux…on voulait juste passer un bon moment. Vraiment quel gâchis!
