Villa Roca Negra is a delightful 3 bedroom property within a 5 minute walk from the commercial centre and a natural pebbly beach. The house is located in the residential area of Los Coloradas in Playa Blanca, with the resort centre and fantastic beaches, including the breath-taking Papagayo, just a short drive away. Back at the villa you will have stylish interiors and a pleasant outside area. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, a heated pool and WiFi are included.
The villa is in a residential area of Los Coloradas, Playa Blanca, with the commercial centre a few minutes' walk away. Here you will find a supermarket and a couple of snack bars/restaurants.
