Comfortable but disappointed

Beautiful hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable, but service was terrible. Front desk staff was incredibly rude and wouldn't even bother to look up from their computer when talking with you. Answered questions only in one word responses and never once told us to have a nice stay or ask us how things were. The pool and hot tub were nice but definitely not kept very clean and the free breakfast was not good at all. Watery eggs and sausage patties that were floating in an inch of water, mushy potatoes. Overall, we were comfortable but will not return because the staff were so rude.

Nice for the price

Rooms were recently renovated. Good breakfast with eggs, sausage patties, potatoes, waffles, toast, etc. Cleaning service was fairly good. Request a room away from the elevator. It dings very loudly.

Must have had a lack of staff. Girl at the front desk was there at 11 pm, and there still when we got up for breakfast. She was very frazzled. Kids in room next door were partying, then a fight took place and the hall was flooded with police. Hotel was decent, but clearly was lacking in staff.
