A Nice Hotel

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was simple, but comfortable. The shower pressure was great. The Japanese breakfast was filling and had good options. We enjoyed our stay.

突然の部屋希望も柔軟に対応して頂き助かりました。朝食の種類が豊富で、美味しかったです。雪が多い時は駅から行くのに、遠く感じましたが、車移動では大通りに面しているので、便利だと思います。近くにコンビニもあるので良かったです。

温泉や朝食付きで有難い。フリーのコーヒーも嬉しいサービス。清潔感もあったが、ただ、禁煙ルームをお願いしたが、かなりタバコ臭があり、タオルまでがタバコの匂いがついていたのが残念。タバコ嫌いな自分には辛かった。

大きいお風呂に入りたい。

大浴場について

大浴場がついていたため、チェックインしてから出かける前にはいれたのがとてもよかったです。多少、脱衣所などが掃除しきれてないな、という部分はありましたが、だいたいはよかったです。ちょっとわがままをいえば、大浴場にドライヤーがもう１台あったらいいなと思うのと、朝などはいったときに使いたいので、シャワーキャップがあるとうれしかったです。部屋着がゆかたじゃなく、館内がそれでＯＫなのはよかったです。
