Upstairs, the light-filled living space offers a comfortable lounge area with a large smart TV, a dining area, and a stylish kitchen. Glass doors lead to a sun-drenched balcony with a wooden table and BBQ-ideal for soaking in the northern aspect and enjoying the winter sun.
Downstairs, the two bedrooms are well-appointed, with the master opening onto a small, pebbled courtyard. Both rooms feature ceiling fans for added comfort. A delightful travertine bathroom is on this level, alongside a convenient laundry near the entrance.
This townhouse is just a short walk to Turners Beach, Main Beach with its iconic Ocean Rock Pool, and Convent Beach. You'll also find Pippi Beach, Lovers Point, and further afield, Angourie with its Green Point, Blue Pools, and Spooky's Beach. Great location.
Great location. Nice views from patio. Well set up kitchen. Comfy enough. Even had ice in the freezer for drinks. The unit was clean but could have been cleaner. Under sofa has not been mopped or vacuumed in a while, and it's the first thing you see when coming up the stairs. Otherwise everything was fine.
