This comfortable apartment features a spacious lounge area with adjoining dining, along with a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and a dishwasher. Stay cool with the air conditioning throughout.

The main bedroom grants access to the front verandah, where you can enjoy stunning sunsets. It also includes a second TV, an ensuite bathroom, and a relaxing spa bath.

The two additional bedrooms are located at the rear of the apartment, each equipped with their own air conditioning units. One bedroom also features a balcony. The main bathroom comes with an internal laundry for your convenience. Sands 16 offers a large pool area with BBQ facilities and secure underground parking.
