Enjoy holidays how they used to be at this renovated Yamba fishing cottage.
This single story cottage is a gem and is ideally located in a fantastic Yamba location close to everything. A couple of hundred meters from the boat launch and marina, 5 minutes walk to cafes and restaurants (including Yamba's best fish and chips). Three minutes drive to the centre of town or any of Yamba's 5 beaches.
Inside this house has been renovated in a relaxed bright beachy style. The cooks' kitchen has all the mod cons including dishwasher, stainless appliances and wood bench top. The open plan living, dining and kitchen space has air conditioning to keep you comfortable in either summer or winter. The property has high speed NBN wireless internet so you can stream your favourite TV shows on the new HD TV or work from home if necessary.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, 1 with a double bed. The house sleeps 6 guests maximum. The bathroom is modern, light and bright with glass shower screen and waterfall shower.
Outside the backyard is spacious and has an undercover entertaining area with out webber BBQ and seating area.
This house has tons of off street parking including 3 undercover carparks. Plenty of space for your boats and trailer. This cottage is a gem in a great location- enjoy it for your next holiday.
