Though this property shows up on Expedia, and I paid good money to book it, when I arrived they told me that the hotel only operates seasonally, was currently closed, and I was totally out of luck. Beware booking this property!!

New hotel, great staff

This hotel is new (2017) and is currently in great condition. The room was spacious and beds very comfortable. The staff were awesome and went above and beyond to help with several non-standard requests. Only stayed one night and had to leave very early for the airport but they prepared a quite tasty breakfast box to go. The restaurant a couple of doors up has quite tasty food as well. All in all a wonderful place to stay, close to Shwedagon and Karaweik.
