It was good value for money. Hot water was only available from late night to early morning, and there were bad smells in the corridor where my room was, so I had to seal the door with a towel to keep the air in my room clean. The staff were friendly and helpful when I asked them directions and the daily cleaning was adequate. The hotel is in a great location in Yantai, close to several shopping centres, museums and the ocean walk.

Sad state of conditions.

Poor Housekeeping...very old and over used furnishings. Rooms equipments not in working conditions.

I had to wait for more than half an hour before getting the room key because the online reservation had not been through to the hotel directly. Moreover, the payment method is different from other hotel, i.e. the online payment was a guarantee payment to be returned to my credit card account later, rather than being included in my bill during checkout. It is confusing and troublesome to check whether the refund would actually take place. Besides, I believe that a hotel booked at expedia should be a much cleaner one.
