My room was dusty, stale. Dining room- some of the walls in booth areas were splattered with food stains, not exactly pleasent to eat in a dirty area. Breakfast was not included with my stay. Construction going on at motel, made it difficult to get around as a person with a disability.

Very clean and nice, but parking can be a little tricky, this parking spaces but you have to find them next door. Great place to stay if you're going to be catching the ferry to Bar Harbor. About an easy 3-minute drive

The property overall was clean and had a nice entrance area. Inside the common areas were clean and up to date. The parking could be better and needs way more than what is available. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room overall was clean with the exception of sone stains on the mattresses and an orange stain on one of the sheets and the bathroom could use some updating. Overall it was quiet and we enjoyed our stay!
