Classic Federation House close to Town & Lake

Right in town, 2 blocks from the lake & 5 blocks from the shops.
Enjoy your time in country Victoria by the pool or in the BBQ area & retreat inside when it gets too hot to a fully air-conditioned house with ceiling fans & bay windows (for a good read).
In winter there is ducted heating throughout & an open gas fireplace in the lounge.
The house has 3 large bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.
The upstairs bedroom has it's own air-conditioner & can be fully darkened.
The 2 downstairs bedrooms have blinds on the windows but also beautiful upper leadlight windows that cannot be fully darkened, allowing light in in the evnings & early morning. This may be an issue for children or light sleepers.

Lovely house and good location

We had a terrific 3 nights here. Easy walking distance to the lake and shopping street. Plenty of room for a group of friends in 3 large bedrooms. Highly recommended.

“A place with plenty of space” The house is deceptively large inside. Each of the bedrooms has plenty of space, especially the master upstairs. Large bathrooms, eating areas and even the kitchen. Perfect for a large family or several small ones. Not to mention a 4 car garage.The host was great, very responsive and answered all our queries quickly.Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great location, close to everything you need. Accommodation exceeded our expectation and with the addition of a 4 car garage was perfect to keep the cars out of the hot sun. Overall experience for us was 10/10.

What a beautiful house to have for a wedding. The bride spend the night before marrying the love of her life Also getting dressed to leave from & photographs with the old world charm which the bride wanted & loved.We had a Barbecue lunch the day before & everyone commented on this beautiful home & comfortable feeling the house had.The house was very inviting we really didn’t want to go home.
