    The room was completely inaccessible for someone with heart and mobility issues. My husband is a disabled vetetan. It was so small, hot and had not been upgraded since the 1930"s The air conditioning didn't seem to work. We had to walk a long way and them go down 2 flights of stairs. Room was so so small could hardly walk around the bed. We didn't stay and the manager said we would get a complete refund. I expect my money refunded.

    This is such an amazing historical structure that when I walked into the room it was a shock. I have stayed in better rooms in Europe for $30.00 per night. For almost $800 for one night (before tax) the room is musty smelling, the carpet was wet. The bathroom was so tiny that they have to fit the sink in the already tiny bedroom. Very outdated and did not match the aesthetic of the amazing hotel lobby. Total bummer, not worth the money, stay elsewhere nearby and just hang out in the main room of the Old Faithful Inn. Location is amazing. My favorite was sunset viewing on the trail walks, it was outerworldly.
