Hi dears. My house has 2 floors. ON EACH FLOOR there are 2 bedrooms, 1 dining-room, 1 kitchens with all utilities needed, 1 bathrooms. The house has also a small yard to have a sunbath and to make barbecue.
Our house is situated in the centre of the city. It takes 5 minites to walk to the downtown Kentron the Opera house, Yerevan Cascade, American University of Armenia, Saint Sarkis Cathedral, Lovers' Park.
It is very noiseless, clean air place with beautiful view of Ararat mountain.
One of the main particular qualities is that the house can be used as two separate houses.

great place to stay

Tamara was very responsive to our needs. The home was clean and comfortable with working air conditioning. We had a large group ( 8 adults) and the property handled us well. Republic Square was walkable from the home. Would stay here again.

Comfortable house

I have rented the house for 13 people and it was not a problem since the house is pretty spacious. The House has 3 car parking spaces outside in the safe neighborhood - It is a pretty quiet place too. When going down the hill toward Demirchyan street you can easily and fast get a taxi. The house has a little patio which was used for hanging out at night when everyone is sleeping also it was used as a smoking area. Tamara is very quick to respond on text messages or calls and can help you with anything needed. I called her when I wanted softer pillows and they brought several soft pillows...The sheets are good quality and clean. One comment: I would add to the kitchen a microwave. Very good house to have a family vacation. We had a good time.
