This property is not clearly marked and i never found it. I rang for help and they sold my room. This might be in their terms but not the terms sent by Expedia. Eventually after 45 mins they found a room the other side of town to which i needed a taxi for. There is no 24hr reception here despite me reading there was!

Avevo prenotato e pagato anticipatamente un appartamento in centro città per 4 persone. Invio SMS, messaggi wattsup e infini chiamo per avvisare del mio arrivo al luogo indicato. Attendo 80 minuti e poi scopro che quanto prenotato non è disponibile e mi si offre una camera 2,5x2,5, giusto lo spazio del letto, in un seminterrato senza finestre e con il bagno esterno. Alle mie vivaci proteste mi viene detto di annullare la prenotazione e farmi rimborsare. Provo a contattare Hotels ma i tempi di comunicazione sono lunghi per cui minaccio di chiamare la Polizia. Alloro mi si propone una camera in un hotel distante 15-20 minuti di taxi dal centro donne si trova per lavoro il titolare dell'appartamento prenotato. Accetto per la prima notte in quanto si sta facendo tardi e con i bagagli non posso fare gran che. La spiegazione datami in hotel dal titolare dell'appartamento è che spesso le prenotazioni non vengono mantenute per cui era stato dato ad una coppia, mentre io essendo solo ....Ma proprio per evitare problemi in un paese abbastanza sconosciuto in Europa io avevo preferito pagare in anticipo. La mattina seguente, dopo i tentativi di farmi restare in hotel, da me rifiutati in quanto lontano dal centro e per me, 78 anni, non idoneo alle mie necessità.Mi viene proposo un appartamento in centro simile a quello prenotato, accetto e così risolvo. Ma certo l'appartamento ha grandi carenze, niente per cuocere o riscaldare cibi, no finestre, nessun bicchiere ne forchette!!
