New and cozy STALINKA apartment in the city center of Yerevan
My flat is located in the centre of Yerevan, 800 meters from the Republican square.This is a completely new renovated flat with new furniture and other necessary equipment.
The flat has a very nice balcony (terrace) with a nice view where you can enjoy your morning coffee and not only.
There are one living room, two bedrooms and one kitchen in my flat. This is an ideal place for both families and young people who like to enjoy warm atmosphere of Yerevan and discover Armenia.
There are many supermarkets and small shops in walking distance. One of them is the famous Carrefour supermarket.
Besides you can find two big shopping centres next to my flat: Rossia mall and Tashir shopping centre and the biggest fruit market of Yerevan.
Several famous museums of Yerevan are also in walking distance: for instance History Museum of Armenia, National Gallery, Museum of Nature of Armenia.
The place is very easy for transport. In the front of the house, there is a bus station and metro station (Zoravar Andranik station) from where you can reach to every point of the city.
