Hard not to like!

We had booked the Deluxe double room for our 3 night stay at Tigran Mets. When we arrived we were put in a room with two single beds, we advised the hotel we had booked the Deluxe Double but unfortunately it was already in use. We were then offered an alternative double room which was not really up to standard. We were told we would be moved to the Deluxe Double the next morning when it was ready and the hotel stuck to the promise. The Deluxe room was 10x better than the previous room and I would highly recommend it. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly during our visit and gave tips on any excursions we wanted to do and what to see around Yerevan. The WiFi in the hotel was great also. Tigran Mets is located very close to the main square which makes it possible to visit nearly of the city on foot if you wish to do so. I would consider staying here again in future despite the error with the booking for the first night.

Good location

The hotel is situated near Republic Square and within a walking distance from the Northern pedestrian street and from Abvoyan street. We were lucky to get a suite on the second floor (no elevator). Peeping into some of the ordinary rooms when the cleaning lady was there, showed us that regular rooms are not as nice. Breakfast contained only local dishes, which I mostlly did not like (for instance, I don't eat neither cold hot dogs nor cold rice with some vegetables, in the morning). But if you are curious about local dishes, you would have an opprtunity.

Hotellin sijainti on hyvä, mutta metro kulkee sen alitse ja jyrisee melkoisesti. Osa huoneista on todella pimeitä ja nuhjuisia. Ylipäätään hotelli kaipaa kunnostusta. Aamiainen on suoraan sanoen surkea. Televisiosta tulee vaihtelevasti eri kanavia huoneesta riippuen. Henkilökunta ei osannut korjata ongelmaa.

Great location, strange bathroom

Located next to the main square, Which is the best feature. The rooms were okay, But the bathroom was designed in a strange way, so that when you took a shower, the whole place was flooded in water. Super-friendly and professional staff.
