Came in around 1130pm even when it's say check in end at midnight. Front door is locked and no one is around. I had to find another hotel for the night.

急に泊まることになって、ここしかとれずネットで予約をとったのですが、外観や看板が真っ暗で、ナビがあっても建物自体がわかりずらかったです。駐車場も真っ暗で、懐中電灯を使って建物に入りました。今時、ブラウン管テレビで、砂嵐になったりで怖かった。コンセントがドアの近くにしかなく、今時ありえないです。あと、冷蔵庫もなかった。子供もおばけが出そーって怖がってました。他に泊まってる人いてたのかなー

ハンドソープもなく、固形石鹸のみはこのご時世では合わないと思いました。タオル類も匂い（生乾き）が気になったり、入室しようとしたらフロアの電気が消えてて真っ暗だったのはあまりにも配慮が足りてないと感じました

布団カバーにシミが付いた状況と、ベット周りのじゅうたんにもシミが付いた状況で有ったのが残念でした。 お風呂にアメニティがなく、今時固形石けんはないかな。 目的地までのアクセツはOKでした。

このアンケートの各文章は日本語になっていないので答えるのが不安ではあるが、このホテルはあまりにも非道いので書いています。 部屋の床に大きな汚れのシミがある。ゴミ箱が置いてない。古い固化したせっけんしかない。髭剃りは一枚歯の剃ると痛い古いもの。朝食もない。 これで二泊35000円とは、だまされたとしか思えない。 用のある場所に近く、他のビジネスホテルの倍近くの値段なので快適なステイを期待したが、がっかりした。この次はここには決して泊まらない。そういえば二泊の間他の客は全く見なかったし、駐車場に他の車は一台もなかった。知らないというのは本当に怖い。
