無人だそうですが運用をもっとしっかりしてもらいたいです

前日に予約して宿泊施設に行ったのですが、部屋に入れず、電話しても誰も出てくれずオートコールが鳴り響くのみ。 よく見たら72時間前までにチェックインをすませてくれとの記載があったのですが、そしたら前日に予約できるのはおかしいのではないでしょうか。 とにかく、泊れずに宿泊費のみ取られました。
