Location is ideal - right off train station, next to harbor (for those taking a cruise), near major attractions, restaurants, and shopping. It is also very safe and quiet, even at all hours of the day and night. We would definitely stay there again!!

Best Location

The location of Citadines was perfect! Very close to the port, & several attractions. The best part was the proximity to the train /subway, to Tokyo! Loved the lounge. They also have a lounge for guests; it was light filled, quiet & comfortable. They have a laundromat, though we did not use it. Highly recommend this hotel for a pre cruise stay.

7th floor lounge is great. For guests who are jet lagged and have sleeping roommates, the 7th floor is a great place to hang out and read a book, watch TV, grab a snack and a drink, etc., in a very comfortable place. We also had a super rainy day and fortunately the hotel had plenty of extra umbrellas for guests who were caught without one. I made a note on a previous review about taking copies of ID for Japan residents, and a manager responded within one day, apologizing and saying that they were going to review that policy with their staff. I appreciated that my concern was heard.
