I loved the hotel. Use of the shuttle was not helpful for us as the shuttle was going to pick us up 50 minutes after arriving at the pickup point. The breakfast was amazing. My favorite was the walnuts, hard boiled egg and the little steak. The seaweed with the rice was excellent too. The room was small but very adequate. No refrigerator or microwave. They offer every amenity you could want - toothbrush, hair brush, face wash, lotion, hair ties, razors (not very good ones, bring your own razor), along with the usual body wash, shampoo and a nice hair mask. I have a sensitivity to fragrance, but had no allergies at this hotel which is a super big plus for me. I have a hard time finding a hotel in the US that doesn’t give me a headache due to fragrance in the rooms. So, this hotel gets 5 stars out of 5 for me.

We had a great stay at the Kawasaki Rei Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its unique aesthetic—think New York-style industrial loft with a grungy-modern twist. The exposed brick, high ceilings, and urban decor gave it a cool, upscale vibe without feeling pretentious. The hotel was well appointed and suited our needs perfectly. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. One of the standout perks was the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby shopping station, which made exploring the area super convenient and hassle-free. Overall, it was a stylish, comfortable stay in a place that felt both trendy and welcoming. We’d definitely recommend it and look forward to returning!

Had such an amazing view from the room. Clean and comfortable rooms. I enjoyed the accessibility of vending machines that could be found in almost all floors. Would definitely book again!

Loved this hotel! Close to airport and 7-11. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The restaurants served delicious food. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Japan!

Amazing Property ! Delicious and healthy breakfast, lots of choices , exceptional! Nice touches with extra amenities, was spoiled for choice ! Baskets was set up across from Reception, Classy and generous. The bathrobes are awesome ! Sadly weren’t for sale . Staff was professional and personable ! Beautiful views , excellent Riverwalk . Was lovely see the families clamming , men fishing , kids riding their bikes and skateboards ! Can’t wait to Return!

This property was beautiful and had great vibes. You are able to look out onto the water and walk around the property. Although a little far from the city, they provide frequent shuttle buses to the train stations and airport. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel I stayed near Haneda

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Shuttle service to the airport and the included breakfast were added bonus. The view from the breakfast was excellent. Only thing was that the hotel has a “The Warehouse” on the wall that made us confused because it was different from the actual hotel name. Overall, I loved the hotel and will stay again.

Room spacious, comfortable, recommend onsite restaurant & cafe. Not near any attractions or restaurants; but free shuttle bus to Haneda airport & Kawasaki train station certainly appreciated. Enjoyed riverside walk and local area with no crowds!
