Bedroom 3: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, (Accessed Via Bedroom 2, Ladder To Bed)
Bathroom: Roll Top Bath, Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Welcome pack. Enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and gas barbecue. Hot tub for 6 (private). 1 small dog welcome. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a fenced stream in the garden, 55 yards away..
