Location, Location! Grab your beach chair and walk across the street, and enjoy the ocean just 30 steps from the beach. Listen to the sea and sit back and enjoy your vacation in this spacious one-bedroom condo.

This all-new unit was completely rebuilt in 2024. The unit contains 1 queen bed and a pull-out sleep sofa (Sleeps 4). The unit also has one bath with a walk-in shower, plenty of kitchen cabinet storage, a window air conditioner, and one assigned parking spot. Overflow parking is available (one space) on a first-come, first-served basis.

Enjoy all that the seacoast has to offer. The property is located behind the building off Long Beach Ave and can be accessed through 6 Dingle Ave. Experience all the amazing things York Beach has to offer—you won’t want to miss it!

We are currently only offering rentals for a minimum of five nights.

Everything from booking this very sweet, clean, and super comfy cottage went seamlessly!! We are very grateful as sometimes you just dont know till you get there :-) This cottage was perfect for my husband and I - right across the street from long sands beach and no need to find parking because you get a parking spot designated for you!! Literally walk up and the ocean awaits. Bed was super comfy too and loved we could bring groceries to tbe full kitchen. saver!! I didn't realize when booking that you're to bring your own sheets , pillow cases, and and beach chairs... but did not in any way take away from our stay! We bought some on our way in and worked out great for us! I only mention here because if you booked without noticing tbis minor detail... is a good heads up! We will be back!!! Also, the neighbors and other rental vacation folks were all very friendly... I've already recommended to friends and family, and we hope to return to their cottage. Thanks again!

A great trip!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very confortable. We only wished we had more room for the damp beach stuff. The closeness to the sea is so worth it (although the surf zones are more to the left). Thanks for having us!

Perfect place to stay

The house was very clean and had almost everything you need! There is a small living/dining room with a coffee table, a dining table and some chairs and a sleeper sofa. Kitchen is small but everything worked well. We liked the clean bathroom and shower. There are three beds in the bedroom. I wish there were a washer and a dryer. The best thing was that the house was so close to the beach! Richard was always very responsive and replied to my email promptly. Looking forward to coming back again next summer.

So close to the beach!

My family and I really enjoyed our getaway in York Maine. This apartment is small, clean, and super close to the beach. Even though this apartment is small my family was extremely comfortable and happy here. The apartment is walking distance to restaurants and ice cream and the lighthouse is so close. There is a set of stairs to get to the beach. The only thing that could have made our trip better was air conditioning, however we knew there was not air conditioning when we booked it (we did manage to survive the 100 degree days). All in all my family would love to vacation here again! See you next year Richard!
